Leadership

Mike Mayer
CEO
For over 20 years, Mike has led digital transformations for billion-dollar businesses by altering corporate DNA and launching e-commerce, mobile apps, integrating with customers, automating marketing, building out unique content for half a million SKUs and expanding storefronts into a variety of digital channels.
Mike is a well-regarded expert in the field of E-Commerce and Digital Marketing. He’s regularly invited to speak at industry conferences to educate others in the field and frequently called upon by private equity and software companies to consult on E-Commerce and Digital Marketing software.
With a Masters in Information Science specializing in Internet and Network Services, Mike has published a number of articles as a subject matter expert and has launched three start-ups in the fields of digital consulting, eBay consignment and online retail.
In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, coaching little league, traveling and boxing.

Donovan Morrison
COO
Donovan Morrison is a graduate of Northwestern University, earning a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Psychology. Originally hailing from Minnesota, Donovan strives to improve the lives of others through both service and design. Prior to Main Event Digital Donovan founded, scaled, and sold Luna Lights, a business focused on improving nighttime safety for older adults.
From working with several charitable organizations such as Breakthrough Urban Ministries to assisting students as a private tutor, he is always attempting to make a positive impact on the community at large. Through innovation and social change, Donovan hopes to one day promote a more accessible environment for all people.

Courtney Pritt
Director of HR and Talent Management
Courtney Pritt is the Director of Human Resources and Talent Management at Main Event Digital. She has over 13 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on Performance and Talent Management. She has worked across many different verticals including marketing, technology, manufacturing, and healthcare.
Courtney works diligently to empower employees to obtain their goals in the workplace. She maintains a positive attitude while incorporating policies and programs that will help employees feel valued and be the best version of themselves. Courtney's workplace satisfaction truly derives from seeing the growth and betterment of employees.
When she is not at work, you can find Courtney spending time with her husband and two children. She loves being outdoors and traveling anywhere warm!

Matt Black
Sr. Digital Marketing Project Manager
Matt Black was born and raised in Seattle, WA, and currently resides in San Diego, CA with his family. Matt’s love of history brought him to content writing, and content writing is where he found a career. Matt loves to write crisp, clean, and easy to read prose about anything and everything. Matt also loves chess, hiking, cooking, traveling, and having awesome teammates to work with, thus why he loves working at Main Event Digital!

Don Collura
Digital Marketing Project Manager
Don brings 17+ years’ experience leading digital strategy for organizations while overseeing all aspects of digital marketing and eCommerce to expand the customer base and drive multimillion-dollar revenue. His experience includes implementing end-to-end integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention. He has also led the eCommerce roadmap, both website and mobile apps, to create compelling customer experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and LTV.

Abdur Rehman Akbar
Abdur Rehman Akbar is a passionate and results-driven full-stack developer with expertise in Node.js and React, complemented by his skills in project management as a certified Scrum Master and collaborative leader, ensuring projects are delivered precisely and punctually while fostering innovation.

Scott Allen
Sr. Developer
Scott holds a B.S. in Electronic Engineering Technology from DeVry Institute. He was a Lead Programmer at Rockwell (now Boeing) before embarking on his own to develop websites. His specialty is WordPress, E-commerce, and Shopify sites. He enjoys the variety of work involved in website development and the challenge of bringing someone’s vision to fruition. In his spare time, he enjoys video games, travel, and going to the movies.

Software QA Engineer
A results-driven Software QA Engineer with expertise in both manual and automation testing, proficient in Scrum and Agile practices, and well-versed in a wide range of testing types and techniques. Dedicated to delivering reliable, high-quality, bug-free, and pixel-perfect applications that provide exceptional user experiences.

Haley Stracher
Web & Design
Haley Stracher is a graduate of the University of Florida, earning a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing. With over a decade of experience in digital design, Haley specializes in creating user-friendly websites and interfaces that combine strategy, creativity, and measurable impact.
At Main Event Digital, she applies her UI/UX expertise to build web experiences that help businesses grow and connect with their audiences. Through her professional journey, Haley continues to prioritize design that is accessible, impactful, and human-centered—striving to make technology a tool that empowers both businesses and the people they serve.

Head of Social Media and Project Strategy
With over a decade of experience in the marketing industry, Jessica brings a unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and data-driven execution to every project. She began her career in on-site activations for major alcohol brands like Don Julio and Smirnoff, and has since held managerial roles where she’s helped clients unlock new revenue streams, land national media coverage, and launch campaigns featured on television and in top-tier publications.
Her diverse portfolio spans strategy development, social media, and content creation. Known for her eye for design and passion for bold ideas, she pairs creative risk-taking with a strong analytical mindset, delivering innovative and measurable results.

Link Huang
Motion Graphics Designer & Editor
Link is a designer with a unique blend of expertise in motion graphics and UI/UX design. With decades of professional experience, his work spans from producing commercials and videos in Los Angeles to building 0-to-1 digital products in Silicon Valley.
Outside of design, Link enjoys working on his 1994 Mazda RX-7, which he has owned for over 20 years, and cooking meals with vegetables he grows in his own garden.

Amanda Kostro Miller is an experienced Content Manager and SEO copywriter. Since 2017, she has supercharged digital marketing campaigns for various B2B and DTC brands. She currently helps Main Event Digital and their clients drive conversions, leads and revenue through email marketing and other digital pathways.
Amanda is collaborative and ambitious. She approaches every project with a wide breadth of specialized knowledge and a goal-driven mindset.
Outside of her work, she is a mom and military wife. For the past 12 years, she has traveled worldwide as a technically trained professional dancer - working with the Chicago Honey Bears - a company that has performed for 180+ military bases, 20+ US state fairs and 70+ Fortune 500 companies.

He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table with skills honed while working in large, enterprise organizations, as well as smaller, fast-paced agency and start-up environments.
Mike loves to collaborate with creative and energetic people. He has built engineering teams and successfully managed B2C and B2B projects for a variety of large and small businesses. His role might be very technically hands-on when building web and mobile apps, or it might be more high-level when implementing a sales and digital marketing strategy or robust eCommerce platform, but everything that Mike works on gives him great satisfaction because he has the opportunity to do something awesome for his clients.

Chris is a problem-solver who loves helping teams get the most out of tools like Salesforce, Pardot, and HubSpot. With years of hands-on CRM experience, he has a knack for making complex systems feel simple and helping organizations turn their sales and marketing data into something actionable. Clients know him, not just for his technical expertise, but for the way he collaborates and makes the process feel easy.
Outside of work, Chris is often on the sidelines coaching youth sports, spending time with his family in Marietta, or experimenting with new small-batch coffee brews in search of the perfect cup.

When he’s not working, Jonathan can be found on the golf course, trying new wines, and chasing his 18-month-old around. He has been to South Africa several times and is passionate about wildlife conservation. All of his businesses help support a wildlife organization that help protect endangered species.

David Oberlander
